The IV badge worn by KORBR. The “IV” – “ four” is derived from the 4th Regiment of Foot which later became the King’s Own Royal (Lancaster) Regiment, which amalgamated with the Border Regiment in 1959 to become The King’s Own Royal Border Regiment
