Here’s a transcript from an interesting document I’ve found dating from dating from about 1900 regarding movements of regiments in the Victorian period:

From: Bengal, to: Portsmouth. Embarked 23rd February, disembarked 10th July 1867.
From: Portsmouth, to: Aldershot. Embarked 19th June, disembarked 19th June 1868.
From: Aldershot, to: Shorncliff. Embarked 9th August, disembarked 9th August 1869.
From: Shorncliff, to: Dublin. Embarked 26 September, disembarked 2nd October 1871.
From: Dublin, to: Newry. Embarked 6th October, disembarked 6th October 1871.
From: Newry, to: Curragh. Embarked 2nd July, disembarked 2nd July 1872.
From: Curragh , to: Dublin. Embarked 8th July, disembarked 8th July 1873.
From: Dublin, to: Kilkenny. Embarked 29th June, disembarked 29th June 1874.
From: Kilkenny, to: Cork. Embarked 4th June, disembarked 4th June 1875.
From: Cork, to: Queenstown. Embarked 28th September, disembarked 28th September 1875.
From: Queenstown, to: Bombay. Embarked 28th September, disembarked 2nd November 1875.

Depot Companies:
From: Colchester, to: Chatham. Embarked 16th June, disembarked 16th June 1866.
From: Chatham, to: Portsmouth. Embarked 30th May, disembarked 31st May 1867. – And joined Service Cos. on their arrival from Bengal.

Separated from the service companies at Curragh:
From: Curragh, to: Carlisle. Embarked 10th April, disembarked 11th April 1873.
