I've uploaded some photos of a parade in the centre of Lancaster in 1959. At the time Dad had been posted from 1/Border to HQ 126 Infantry Brigade TA in Feb 1959 until he finally left the army early in 1960.

Great photos Ian. You get a real sense of being in the front row so to speak with image Lanc007.
In memory of John Bardgett (15309 L/Cpl.), 11th Border Regiment who died 1st July 1916.
