Ian

Yes, I believe that would work. Does anyone else agree?

Absolutely agree, surely "look up" and info should be at the VERY top of the site , this is exactly why people may find, enter and join the forum, and maybe later contribute? ( Thats what happened with me!)

Sorry, but I have nothing to add to this conversation. I would like to say that I do enjoy browsing all the various areas of the forum and would also like to say how much I appreciate the time and effort put in by forum administrators and those regular contributors who are constantly adding to this wonderful history of the regiment.

Long may it continue.

Thanks Hussar, appreciate your words :-)

I like to think I can keep this forum going as long as possible, even if I couldn't with the wiki. I am currently getting my "on this day" part of the site sorted so that will be another long-term-do-it-in-my-own-time project; another little slice of Border Regiment history ;-)
