Writing Home

Postby mazz69 » Wed Sep 29, 2010 2:50 pm

I came across this Xmas card home in my Granddads things (he was in "Shiny 7th"), its from a Sgt. Frank Carter 8526  A company No 12 Platoon, 2nd Border Regt. Its to his wife and family and is dated 27/12/1917  B.E.F Italy. I have found his medal rolls but nothing else, I have no idea why he had it ?
