Lieut-Col. Roche-Kelly D.S.O. Retires

The “London Gazette” announces the retirement from the Army of Lieut.-Colonel E. ROCHE-KELLY, D.S.O., lately commanding the 1st Border Regiment. He was transferred to the Border Depot from the Royal Irish, when that famous regiment was disbanded, and was appointed to the command of the Border Regiment in 1927, in succession to Colonel G. H. HARRISON, D. S. O.
