OTHERS KILLED

Private James Diamond (23), son of Mr. and Mrs. Diamond, Lonsdale Street, is reported by Chaplain A.J.W. Crosse to have died in hospital from wounds.

The same gentleman notifies the death of Pvt. Arthur Ashton, Darcy Street, an assistant with Mr.Jeffrey, draper, Washington Street and confirms the sad tidings received by Mrs. Lewis, Glenfield House, regarding her son Osborne.
