KILLED- PTE. JAMES B. SIMPSON

News has been received that Private James B. Simpson, 13914, 11th Border, who was previously reported missing, is officially presumed to have been killed on July 1st 1916. Deceased was a coalminer, and previous to joining the Colours had worked at Moresby and Clifton Collieries, and was well known in the district.

Published 6th July 1917
In memory of John Bardgett (15309 L/Cpl.), 11th Border Regiment who died 1st July 1916.
